What's a credit?
Credits pay for AI work and nothing else. A credit is worth about a cent. You see what a job will cost before it runs, and your plan's monthly credits are spent before any you've bought.

Questions
What do credits pay for?
Only AI work: tagging photos, reading documents, transcribing audio and video. Storage is part of your plan, so it never costs credits. You see the credit cost before anything runs.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 5 days on any paid plan, with 100 credits and 25 GB of storage. A card is needed to start, and you can cancel before it ends. It's one trial per person.
Do unused credits roll over?
A plan's monthly credits reset each month and are spent first. Credits you buy last 24 months.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry for 14 days and you keep your plan meanwhile. After that the account moves to Free: your files and bought credits are kept, and new uploads pause while you're over the Free storage limit.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from Settings. Yearly plans still get their credits monthly.
